How do I schedule a session?

Please submit a contact form on the home page and I will get back with you within two business days. I am so glad that you are making this investment in yourself and/or your relationship! I can’t wait to connect.

Where will we meet?

At this time, I am exclusively meeting with clients via a HIPAA compliant Telehealth video call. I will be offering in-person sessions in North Raleigh starting early 2026.

How long will treatment last?

Treatment length varies and depends largely on your therapeutic goals. Some clients largely benefit from short term, skill based therapy, while others may utilize these sessions as a way to explore and brainstorm ideas, thoughts, and beliefs or face larger, more complex issues that we process for a longer period of time.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that at least 24 hours notice be given for appointment reschedules/cancellations, including weekend days. I understand that things happen, therefore, you are permitted one no-show or late cancellation per calendar year. After this allowance has been used, a standardized fee of $125 will be charged for any subsequent no-shows or late cancellations, regardless of your insurance provider.
